Physical Skills
Flexibility - The range of unrestricted and painless movement at a joint or a series of joints
Balance - Distribution of weight on a smaller surface area than that of a standard stationary stance
Stamina - The ability to sustain physical activity for extended periods of time without tiring
Posture (alignment) - The alignment of particular body parts and how you hold yourself either while moving or stationary
Strength - The body's ability to resist a great or pressure for a sustained period of time
Co-ordination - The ability to simultaneously use one or two more body parts in succession with each other
